Come party with us! Enerji Barre is a high-energy dance workout. We do ballet inspired leg-toning work on the barre, pilates style core work on the mats, and upper body toning using light hand weights. Expect leaner legs, a tighter stomach, and more sculpted arms and shoulders. This class is guaranteed to make a change in your body, and you'll have a blast while doing it.

 

 

Barre (Cardio) 
 

This class is designed to burn calories and lean out your body. 

  • Cardio-pumping ballet barre exercises for lean, firm legs. 
  • Upper-body and arm toning using our small hand weights for toned arms 
  • Ab and core toning exercises on the mats

Barre (Sculpt) 
 

This class is designed to build strengthen and lengthen your body through isolation 

  • Small, isolated movements designed to strengthen and lean your body 
  • Upper-body isolation using hand weights and straps (we provide them both) 
  • Core strengthening on the mats 
  • 60 minutes

Barre (HIIT) 
 

HIIT is our barre version of High Intensity Interval Training

  • Barre-inspired plyometric exercises
  • Rapid exercise sets for maximum effectiveness.
  • Super-effective cardio and strengthening exercises for full-body changes.
