Barre (Fusion) combines our killer barre version of High Intensity Interval Training with sculpting moves designed to build, strengthen, and lengthen your body.  This class starts with plyometric ballet inspired moves to get your heart rate elevated. Next, you will focus on sculpting your body through small, isolated movements at the barre. Finally, you will head to the mat for core work and a 10 minute cool down with stretching.
