Barre (sculpt) is designed to build, strengthen, and lengthen your body through isolation. You'll work your legs with small, isolated movements at the barre designed to build lean muscle. Next you'll focus on upper-body isolation using hand weights and straps (we provide them both). Finally you'll head to the mats for core work, a cool-down, and a deep stretch.
